INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
Occasionally packages are delayed due to customs in your country. This is often times the case if your order was a high dollar amount. Please be patient, packages rarely go undelivered so in most cases your package will be delivered.

Delivery confirmation is included with all Domestic orders. Insurance and/or signature confirmation can be added for an additional fee. Please leave instructions to seller at check out or use our contact page to advise.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Delivery Confirmation is not available for international packages when shipped first class mail or in a priority flat rate envelope. Please note that this is the trade off for inexpensive shipping . We are not responsible for any fees incurred through customs. Please contact us if you would like to add insurance or other mail services.
We are required to mark "merchandise" and the actual amount paid for your merchandise on all custom forms. Please do not ask us to alter this information to lower your custom fees. We are happy to ship your order in multiple packages to lower the purchase amount of each package. Please contact us to adjust the shipping cost on your order.
After your order is shipped, we cannot be responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable. (To date this has never happened.) We will help you locate the package by providing all relevant shipping information, but we cannot reship or refund your order. Please call your local Post Office and/or local Customs Office.
