Most orders will ship the same day Monday through Friday if paid for by 12 pm Pacific Time. Some days the volume is very high and we would rather take our time to get your order right than rush it. Saturdays will be shipped no later than Monday morning.(Except Sundays and holidays when the USPS is closed).

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
Occasionally packages are delayed due to customs in your country. This is often times the case if your order was a high dollar amount. Please be patient, packages rarely go undelivered so in most cases your package will be delivered.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS
Delivery confirmation is included with all Domestic orders. Insurance and/or signature confirmation can be added for an additional fee. Please leave instructions to seller at check out or use our contact page to advise.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Delivery Confirmation is not available for international packages when shipped first class mail or in a priority flat rate envelope. Please note that this is the trade off for inexpensive shipping . We are not responsible for any fees incurred through customs. Please contact us if you would like to add insurance or other mail services.
We are required to mark "merchandise" and the actual amount paid for your merchandise on all custom forms. Please do not ask us to alter this information to lower your custom fees. We are happy to ship your order in multiple packages to lower the purchase amount of each package. Please contact us to adjust the shipping cost on your order.
After your order is shipped, we cannot be responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable. (To date this has never happened.) We will help you locate the package by providing all relevant shipping information, but we cannot reship or refund your order. Please call your local Post Office and/or local Customs Office.
SHIPPING OF PAPER PRODUCTS:
I am happy to exchange any regular priced fabric if you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days of purchase provided it has not been cut and has not been exposed to cigarette smoke or other invasive odors. All sales are final on Sale fabric and fabric bought during a store wide sale. Shipping is not refundable nor is return shipping cost provided. Thank You!
Because fabric and paper are very different to ship, sometimes the shipping prices on the paper may be off. We will refund every cent that you are overcharged for shipping if that should happen. Many of our paper products are produced by us which takes a bit of time. Please allow 5 business days for shipping of planners and paper products. Also please read product descriptions carefully as we will be offering some items that are pre-order meaning they will not come in for several months. Please do not purchase pre-order items with in stock items.
