Shipping Information



Orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Friday (by noon). Some days the volume is very high and we would rather take our time to get your order right than rush it in that case it might take us an extra couple days.

We charge actual shipping costs. If you are overcharged for shipping we issue a refund. Occasionally we may miss it so please just ask if you want us to check the shipping cost.

We do not assume responsibility for your package once it is handed to USPS.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:

Occasionally packages are delayed due to customs in your country. This is often times the case if your order was a high dollar amount. Please be patient, packages rarely go undelivered so in most cases your package will be delivered.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION  FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS

Delivery confirmation is included with all Domestic orders. Insurance and/or signature confirmation can be added for an additional fee. Please leave instructions to seller at check out or use our contact page to advise.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION  FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Delivery Confirmation is not available for international packages when shipped first class mail or in a priority flat rate envelope. Please note that this is the trade off for inexpensive shipping . We are not responsible for any fees incurred through customs. Please contact us if you would like to add insurance or other mail services.

CUSTOMS FORMS

We are required to mark "merchandise" and the actual amount paid for your merchandise on all custom forms. Please do not ask us to alter this information to lower your custom fees. We are happy to ship your order in multiple packages to lower the purchase amount of each package. Please contact us to adjust the shipping cost on your order.

AFTER SHIPPING

After your order is shipped, we cannot be responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable. We will help you locate the package by providing all relevant shipping information, but we cannot reship or refund your order. Please call your local  Post Office and/or local Customs Office.
